Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card, debit card and amex payments and also paypal account payments. You do not need a paypal account to make a payment with your credit or debit card but the transaction will go through paypal's secure site. We never have access to your card details.
You will receive confirmation that we have received your order and we will subsequently contact you again when your order has been despatched. If the goods are on the premises, we will despatch them immediately for next day delivery. For in bond stock please allow up to 5 days for delivery.

Shipping And Handling
Orders under £75.00 will incur a postage and packing charge of £8.00 inclusive of VAT. Orders over £75.00 will be shipped free of charge.
Our wine is shipped using an overnight wine tracking courier.
Delivery Schedule
We will despatch your order as soon as we have it on our premises. Please allow up to 5 days for orders needing to be retrieved from our Bonded Warehouse. We will contact you when you have placed your order to give you an estimated time for delivery.
If you require delivery on a certain date, please contact us and we will do what we can to oblige.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will contact you and ask if you wish the product to be back ordered. If not, we will provide a full refund.
Tax Charges
All prices seen on the website are inclusive of VAT.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card payments are processed by Paypal and at no point do Best of Wines have access to your details.
Guarantee
Your wine should reach you in perfect condition. If a bottle appears to have been broken during transit, please do not accept the delivery and send it back with the driver. Please let us know what you have done and we will immediately despatch a replacement case.
If a bottle of your wine appears 'corked' please contact us with the details. We will endeavour to resolve the situation to your satisfaction but we regret that we cannot refund for corked wines that have been stored by the customer for more than 3 months.
